  • Are you open to the public?
    Yes, we welcome all!
  • Do we need an appointment to come in?
    It is not necessary to set an appointment but is highly recommended. You are welcome to browse the showroom for inspiration, peruse the selection of appliances, decorative plumbing, lighting and hardware, and receive answers to your questions. Setting an appointment provides personal attention with a showroom consultant who will assist you in making the right choices for your project, as well, supply a written quote. You can request an appointment on our website or simply give us a call.
  • Do you have parking?
    Yes, we have a courtesy parking lot with the entrance on Connecticut Street.
  • What do you have BEYOND the bath?
    We go “beyond” the bath into other rooms and features in the home--we offer lighting, mirrors, hardware, bath accessories and more.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm. We are not open on the weekends.
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
    We are excited you have chosen to work with The Bath+Beyond on your home. It is essential you bring your ideas and inspiration with you! It is beneficial to have your project measurements, time frame, and designer, contractor or plumber’s information ready.
  • How long will my appointment last?
    Your initial consultation could last up to two hours, and depending on your project additional appointments may be scheduled. Most often follow up work can be accomplished via email and virtual appointments. We are truly committed to helping your vision become reality so the time you need is the time we will give you.
  • What will happen during my appointment?
    During your private appointment, your showroom consultant will help you select stylish products that you love. Be prepared to answer questions about the family members who will be using your new products as well as the ideal function of the space you are creating. Once the perfect combination of products has been chosen to match your style, your design consultant will verify everything! You may need to sign special order forms and other documentation depending on what product you have chosen.
  • What will happen after my appointment?
    Your showroom consultant is never far; only an email or phone call away! After your appointment, you will work with them to finalize the product list. You will need to ensure all items in your project are sized correctly, paying careful attention to any special order items. You will also share your product list with your designer, contractor or plumber to ensure all specifications are correct for the space. In addition, you’ll review important lead times, estimated arrival dates, and other time frames for your project.* *The Bath+Beyond cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to communicate timing.
  • What to Expect—The Bath+Beyond Showroom Experience
    Visiting The Bath+Beyond is a unique experience! We strive to set ourselves apart from our competition, offering a diverse selection of brands, exceptional customer service, and unmatched product knowledge. We know your project is special and exclusive, we will tailor the experience to meet your needs.
  • How long will it take for my luxury product to arrive?
    Our showroom consultants understand how important it is that your products arrive promptly. After your appointment, they will work with you to ensure you understand how long each item will take to arrive. Most products take between 4-6 weeks to arrive at our Ferguson Warehouse. Special order items, imported items, and custom created product could take considerably longer. Lead times will be communicated to you so that you can prepare for your product to arrive. Our dedicated team of trained customer support specialists will also be available to answer questions about your order. Once your product arrives, you have 24 hours to ensure your product is not damaged or missing. If there is an issue, you will need to report it to our customer service team immediately so we can find a solution! Things Happen. We strive for perfection, but things happen. Unforeseen delays may occur for a variety of reasons, and we ask for your patience if something goes wrong. We are always doing everything we can for our customers. Here are a few examples of unforeseen delays: Covid-19, Inclement Weather, Production Delays, Product Defects, Shipping Error.
  • How will I receive my product?
    Your showroom consultant will work with you to select a delivery method. We offer a premium delivery service, as well as customer pick up. All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. We offer our premium delivery and customer pick up Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
